How to disable newline in PhpStorm?

The problem is, when I write css using Emmet in PhpStorm, when I press Tab, emmet converts what I wrote to css style and translates what I wrote to a new line. How to disable newline translation? I write css for each selector in one line, I have to constantly delete the transitions that have appeared.

Settings --> Editor --> Code Style --> CSS --> Other tab --> Keep single-line blocks (on)
