How to disable moving objects in Photoshop?

When working in Photoshop with a layout for layout, I involuntarily move objects, after which I have to use ctrl + z, which is very annoying.
How can I disable this feature and is it possible to do it at all so that after that I can interact with them, measure indents, view the font size, and so on?

Put a lock in layers. But then there is little that can be done.
If ctrl + z annoys you, I personally don’t think that layout is for you))
