How to disable incoming calls while talking in freepbx?

In connection with the transition to remote work, I had to deploy frepbx.
I didn’t deal with it before (I didn’t even install it), I tried to google it, I found only about Call Waiting (CW), I tried to disable it through the admin module. But it didn't help me.
Now with the details.
Calls come to the ipecs lik600 PBX, and then through the net numbering plan they are sent to the group number in the aster.
The group was created as an allring, since there are a lot of calls and they come to managers, but they cannot always answer.
So when the manager is talking, more calls come to him, which is very inconvenient. Tell me how to make sure that during an active conversation, other calls do not come to the subscriber.
