How to disable gateway on OpenVPN?
It took the use of OpenVPN, a script was found ( openvpn-install ) that installs the server and creates clients. Everything works fine, but there is one point, you need to make sure that only certain clients go through the server's OpenVPN gateway, and not all. Management is needed on the server side, without editing the client config, for example, if you need to run it through the gateway.
How is it possible to do this (tried to remove the redirect-gateway and dhcp-option lines, nothing has changed)?

I would just keep 2 configs on different ports on the server.
One config - in which users go through the openvpn server.
The second config is in which users use their own getway, and not openvpn servers.
And so it's enough to remove the line in the config:
And restart openvpn
