How to disable file verification when downloading through the Windows 10 browser?
When I download .rar / .zip / .exe files via Google Chrome. When reaching 100% download - I can not immediately open / unpack the desired file. That is, 100% has already been downloaded, but the file cannot be opened, as if some kind of check is underway. skrinshoter.ru/s/080819/heVSJZ2a
Is this related to Windows Defender and other stray to "protect" Windows 10? And how to turn it off. Thank you!

Actually, maybe chrome has nothing to do with it.
Usually, this behavior is typical of an antivirus (it’s enough to add the download folder to the exceptions)
