How to disable/enable page display in angular2, depending on variable loaded asynchronously?

The essence of the subject. You can’t switch to it from another one through CanActivate, but how to prevent its display if you follow a direct link through a browser?

What's the problem? I didn't understand why CanActivate failed - it does a great job of it.
