How to disable compilation in Magento 2?

Tell people: How to disable compilation on this Magento 2?
There are several versions on the Internet. The first of them is to go to include but in magento 2 there is no such folder at all.
Another version is through the admin panel. System > Tools > Compilation. But this section is no longer in Magento. Please help me with this difficult question!

What compilation are we talking about?
If about "compilation" as an example in the first, to increase productivity, then in the second there is no such thing. If we are talking about setup:di:compile, then this is a necessity for code generation (I think that this was the dumbest decision from magenta), then it is not disabled, and the folders in which it looks for files are hardcoded in the code and are not configured like in symfony.
