How to disable certificate verification in Firefox?

It is well known that some time ago this site toster.ru also encountered a certificate verification problem and did not open. In some cases, it helps to go into the Firefox settings and set browser.xul.error_pages.expert_bad_cert to false and / or security.cert_pinning.enforcement_level to 0
there. So I was able to go here.
But from the error "Connection not established: Probable security risk" This does not help. And I did not find a setting that eliminates it.
The description of the error says
"You cannot add an exception to visit this site. This issue is most likely related to the website itself, and there is nothing you can do about it. You can report this problem to the website administrator." Help
_it says:
"This error page will include a description of the potential security risk, the ability to submit a bug report to Mozilla, and an More… button to view1 the error code and other technical details. There will be no option to add a security exception to visit this website . "
Adding the site to exceptions, oddly enough, doesn't really help.
Does anyone know how to remove this check?

@Disconcern

Hello! Try in the log through the context menu (RMB) select "Forget about this site". I think it's because of HSTS.
