How to disable caching in jooml?

The problem is this. Caching is disabled everywhere in the Joomla settings. For some reason, the styles are not connected in the template, they are connected in some other way, only a couple of counters
are connected in the header .
But the styles are still loaded from the cache folder. I can't figure out where it's hidden
