How to disable caching completely when developing a site for mobile devices?

I’m making a site on Yii2 and testing it on a mobile phone, and when I update, I don’t see any changes, that is, it loads from the cache, I have to crawl into the browser settings, discard the cache from personal data, is it possible somehow on the site to completely prohibit caching anything? at least for testing

You can include styles/scripts with a random get-parameter
