Everywhere they write that in incognito mode the cache is disabled, but now I've made sure from my own experience that it's not. I registered the property in css, but it does not work, through View the code I opened the current css file, and it turned out that the property that I just registered was not there. When you reload the page with the Ctrl+F5 key combination, the page is completely updated without saved data.
