How to disable browser messages at input about the need to fill in the field to which required is assigned?

I set up my messages, and along with them they get out in Chrome, probably in other browsers too

that's why it's required. you can't turn them off. and even if you succeed, you will not submit a form in which there is an input with required and it is empty.
