How to disable brightness control in Windows?
Hello. Windows has recently begun to annoy me with its intuitive brightness control of the monitor. For example, when Steam is full screen, the backlight dims and everything becomes dark like .... . ....! When something bright appears on the screen, the backlight starts shining normally. In the settings, the backlight level is "full". And
how to cut it down?

there is an option that this is an adaptive adjustment on the monitor and the OS has nothing to do with it.
Check monitor settings.
Try to set all settings to the maximum in the graphics card settings. I had such a problem, I changed the settings in the Catalyst Control Center. Moreover, I noticed that this happens after connecting the charger to the laptop, apparently sometimes the system does not recognize that you should already use the maximum settings.
