How to disable automatic insertion of quotes for html attributes in phpstorm after pressing = ?

In phpStorm (7) when working with html, when I add a tag attribute, for example span id=
right after pressing = quotes appear for the value of the id attribute. I can't find where to disable it.

Also wildly infuriates .. I always use single ones, but this horseradish puts double ones.
