How to disable automatic focus switching to PhpStorm IDE window if it is not active?

Starting with version 7 or 8, PhpStrom (probably other products from this company) have an obsessive feature of switching focus to the IDE window when performing any operations.
For example, I turn on the synchronization of project files with a remote server, or I simply launch the project and at this time switch to another window, for example, a browser. Upon completion of the action, PhpStrom switches the active window to itself.
Is it possible to disable this?
I am using Windows 8.1.
