How to disable ajax when following a link in Bitrix?

There is an old site on Bitrix and a standard menu with links. When you re-pass to the section using the menu link, the page
is loaded via ajax. The problem is that the connected external js is not loaded on the required page with ajax.

You can add a target to the link so that the page is loaded all the time without ajax, but I would not want to.

Can I set some page properties so that it never loads via ajax? Thank you.
