How to disable access to the server from an additional ip?

Good afternoon.
I ordered an additional ip to the VPS from the hoster.
Now you can ssh into the server from both.
How to make the second IP be completely (generally) closed from any outside actions (ssh, any other ports, etc.)?

Block this IP in iptables.
Instructions are easy to google.
