How to dilute the query output in google spreadsheets with your own values?

It is required to convert the list "building1, building2, building3..." into the list "building1, floors, residents, building2, floors, residents, building3, floors, residents...". I tried to make a query request / queries, but it turns out either "house1, house2, house3 ... floors, floors, floors ... residents, residents, residents ...", or a copy of the original data. I obviously forgot some little thing and I've been struggling with it for almost half a day.
