How to determine which user wants to log in via oAuth 2.0?

How to identify a user by Bearer token, if the request comes with an authentication code comes from a third party.

For example, there is a website that has oAuth authentication with Google enabled on it. How does the site understand which user wants to log in? It turns out there should be two requests to the server? From the front and from the side of Google.
