How to determine which pages are most interesting to visitors?

I want to make the "This is interesting" block in the sidebar, and place in it not the most visited pages, but those that the visitor will most likely be interested in - in order to make visible the place that the user could not scroll through in the news / not get to the bottom of the sections.
It turns out that the pages that get the most clicks from search engines are not suitable, because it depends more on search engine optimization, site structure, etc. - that is, how much the search engine liked the page and how relevant it considered it for their users.
The most popular pages are not suitable for the same reason - because most of the transitions are from search engines.
Internal transitions are also not quite the same, because the number depends on how many internal links to the page, and how visible they are.
So what criterion for evaluating the "interestingness" of an article is better to use in my case?

Google Analytics counter installed? If so, try installing a scroll depth script and see which pages work best. https://odesseo.com.ua/kak-otslezhivat-glubinu-skr...
