How to determine the speed of the site?

Good day, hackers.
The other day I decided to test my blog for loading speed (pblog.xyz)
I downloaded the plugin in WordPress, the result is good.
The problem is that in practice the result is not so impressive. Having cleared the cache on the browser, the site loads in 5-6 seconds, which is not good. Any ideas about the origin of the problem?
