How to determine the session lifetime on a third-party site?

Good day. Is there any utility to determine the lifetime of sessions on a third party site? Or is there no other way how to keep track of time and update the browser?
About the server it is known that it is on WebSphere.

Doesn't WebSphere put up-to-date information in the header? Well, i.e. if expire is present, then it would be strange to wait for invalidation before the cookie expires. If there is no such record, then there is nothing left but to test with your hands (well, except to get access to the admin panel and find out the configuration).
