Hello! The laptop burned out (or rather, something shorted on it).
In one s / c, after the diagnosis, they said that the multicontroller, vidyuha, network, usb burned out.
In another s / c they said that there was a short circuit on the board, in order to eliminate it they asked for $ 30, then they said it would be seen: either the laptop would work, or other non-working parts would be determined.
Is it really impossible to check the performance of a video card and other parts without eliminating a short circuit on the board?

Try to take a light bulb, connect a wire with a plug to it, just short the wires in it. And try to determine if the light bulb works without disassembling the structure.

Remove the cover and try to run just the motherboard basically has a short just on the case. In this case, the protection basically works and it is enough to restore the working capacity to eliminate the short circuit. If it does not help, then you need to look for a problem on the motherboard.
You can check the performance by throwing parts into another laptop and see if it works or not.
Was there a smell of burning, smoke, etc. before the breakdown? How are you sure that kz? In most cases, services cannot be trusted, it has been verified from our own experience.
