How to determine the performance of a video card on a laptop?

The situation is this, the laptop fell off the table, the hard drive crashed (cracked) and the matrix into the trash.
I'm guessing more damage.
I connected the laptop via hdmi / vga to the monitor and tried to start it. He did not show anything / there was no response. bios should work anyway? Even if there is no hard one? Or is it a defensive reaction?
Video card nvidia 760m, I can write more expensively.
I suppose if the video card is in the trash, there is no point in repairing it?

In general, I don’t know what’s wrong with the card or vga / hdmi outputs, but when you press ctrl shift eps, there are characteristic signs of a reboot.
If someone knows why the image is not displayed, write. But the bios seems to work.
