I don't know if it's Chinese or original. The device itself is smart, the sensor is chic, it costs android 4.0.9.

Android 4.0.9 does not exist in nature. Usually this version is written on Chinese phones. and the kernel version is not the same. android > 4 uses version 3 of the linux kernel

There is a chance that it is not a Chinese alteration - the Chinese usually put two sim cards at once. You can install a cyanogen if you are not satisfied with the standard firmware. In general, in 4 droid it is quite normal to work without additional buns.
