How to determine the occurrence of coordinates in a certain zone?

Hello.
There is such a Yandex-map . If necessary, the division into zones is redrawn.
There is an xls file with a list of objects with coordinates according to the template of the map constructor (here, the joint venture, it doesn’t matter), about 3000 objects.

The task is to feed this list to the cards, and also get back the xlxs file with the correspondence of which object belongs to which zone.
Thank you.

Using Yandex.Maps - no way, because, firstly, their API does not have spatial relationship functions, and secondly, they do not provide the ability to download data that is created in the constructor in any standard cartographic format.
But in general, the task has a solution - you can draw your scheme on geojson.io , export it to a Shape file, upload it to the SpatiaLite database https://www.gaia-gis.it/fossil/libspatialite/index (See the list of basic recipes here www.gaia-gis.it/gaia-sins/spatialite-cookbook/inde... )
And then you need to use SQL to check the spatial relationship between points and areas of previously loaded geometry https://www.gaia-gis .it/spatialite-2.0/spatialite2....
