How to determine the color code of any object on the site in the browser (and pictures too)?

I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked. If there was, poke your nose :)
I’ll say right away that I googled and didn’t find anything normal, there are extensions for chrome (I mainly use it), but those add-ons that are recommended do not work well.
There is a task to determine the color code of any object on the site in the browser, and pictures too. Maybe someone uses some kind of add-ons or programs. Enlighten me, I think that this issue worries many. Thanks in advance.

There is a simple ColorPix program. As an option in the browser "view the source code of the element" (something like that is called)

There is an excellent utility called ColorGet. Does not require installation, download and use. Specifies the color on the screen (in any window). You can download it here: https://get-color.ru/
