How to determine that the user has switched to the full version of the site through the mobile browser functionality?

I'm not talking about the button on the site "Go to the full version of the site", but about the button in the options of the browser itself. When switching to the full version, the tablet version is displayed instead of the desktop version. I would like to prescribe the viewport meta tag with a manually set width in the head. But I don't know how to catch this transition event.

in the mobile user agent. When in the browser you ask for the full version of this word, there is none.
