Usually, online anonymizers do not give out a bunch of IPs for users, you can find the most popular ones, find out what IPs they give out.
Connect Yandex metric in the settings, turn on the web browser, go to the site through the tor, walk through the pages and then look at the web browser, the statistics of visits are unsubscribed from me by p2p
For TOR there is a constantly updated list of nodes, you can parse it and deny access from these IPs. I'm not sure though that this will work when using the bridge...
