How to determine IPv4 at the output of a specific HTTPS proxy (like 127.0.0.1:9001) in c#?

I suppose it is possible to send a request to ip.ru via httprequest.
But maybe there is some more universal and elegant way? suddenly ip.ru drops... or stops responding
