How to determine button state in ckeditor?

I created my own custom plug-in for the Ckeditor editor, which wraps the selected text in a tag on the click of a button (the tag is not important). How everything works, but I don’t understand how to determine the state of this button now, so that when you click it again, this tag will be deleted. An example of how it works now is here
