How to describe a project in a resume?

I'm new to programming and I don't have the slightest idea how to draw attention to joon's resume... I started learning programming with C++ but I didn't like it so I decided to indulge in Java, and carried me into mobile development for Android.
I had problems with being overweight and I lost weight and now I’m aiming to see my abs in the mirror for the first time in my life, but the monotonous diet is so annoying that it tempts me to get off it and score on the whole thing and I wrote an application for Android. The essence of the application is the generation of a list of dishes that would correspond to the calories I need and so that I eat varied and do not get off the diet because of the monotony of food, otherwise the banal thing that comes to mind when I add dishes to the menu in meal planners is rice or buckwheat with chicken fillet and eat the same thing every day, well, it demotivates ... So far, the application generates a list of main products and not dishes, but the classes are written in such a way that by adding the Dish class, nothing will break, tested on 5 dishes and everything by calories converges...
Even I digress, but not the point in general, looking for examples of resumes on the Internet, I realized that I have no idea how to describe my project in a resume, otherwise it looks miserable without a project - full name, Institute and technology tags with which I am familiar .. Tell me how to present the project in a resume?

@Antarit

It is not necessary to describe the project in detail in the summary. Usually minimal details are indicated - what is developed, terms, on what, and for which company (or for self-study). The following is usually a link to the project, if it can be viewed somewhere. All other details will be asked at the interview if they want.
