How to deploy x-debug under Ubuntu 20.04 for php5.6?

There was a problem. Somewhere php5.6 is used, and for it xdebug is not included in standard packages. Couldn't find it. I found only sources for this version, but I don’t understand how to assemble them at all.
Maybe someone knows where you can find this package and get x-debug.so for php version 5.6?
