How to deploy flask server on windows server 2012 from google cloud?

Hello, I ran into a problem. I took a virtual machine on google cloud. I'm trying to deploy a public flask server on it, but nothing happens. Please explain in as much detail as possible how to do this. I found solutions only with ubuntu, but I need windows server.
