Make a backup of the original from the Bitrix admin panel.
Restoring the site - you need to use the script from Bitrix restore.php.
Use OpenServer or Denwer.

On the open server everything is the same, download Bitrix PHP Restore, moreover, the version that compressed the site for you, in short, from the site itself.
