How to deploy ASP NET MVC application on 1gb?

Maybe someone came across, I upload all the project files via ftp to the root folder.
When I try to access the site, I get an error:
403 - forbidden: access is denied. you do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. asp... Where can the cant hide? (:
When trying to access something directly, it gives 404
