How to deploy a meteor.js application?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to deploy the meteor.js application using mup.
As a result, it gives out all the time verifying deployment failed.
I have searched through many forums and questions, but I can not solve the problem.
I updated Node.js to the latest version that meteor works with, I checked for enough RAM on the server, I tried to increase the time allotted to start the application.
But nothing solves the issue.
As a result, the question is still the same:
How to deploy the meteor application? (Trying on digitalocean using mup ).

I also struggled with MUP on Digital Ocean for a long time, and with and without docker, nothing happened! Finally found this solution , and it works!
