How to demolish Ubuntu and install Elementary?

I need help, I will describe the situation for a start, at the moment there are two systems on one hard drive, Windows 10 and ubuntu, and I decided to demolish ubuntu and install elementary, leave the top ten in place. How can this be done painlessly?

You burn Elementary to media, start the installation, put Elementary on those partitions where Ubuntu is located. What is the difficulty?

format your HDD and do a fresh install...but why do that with ubuntu?? :(
