How to deliver a message to only one consumer?

Good afternoon, in the process of moving to RabbitMQ. But there are some difficulties in understanding. What if I have a bunch of instances (identical) in which "listening" to some queue is implemented, when I send a message from another service - it goes to all consumers, this is logical. But what if I need only one consumer to see it? (given their identity)
