How to delete tweets?

I set myself the task of cleaning the entire twitter.
I deleted all tweets, but 10 do not want to do anything and are not physically displayed.
Tried third-party software, shows 0 tweets.
As I understand it, these tweets were retweeted by some followers, who now have me on their blacklist.
What can be done. It is important to remove them.

Initiate account deletion and wait 2 months.
Seriously though, I don't think even one bit of your tweets has been removed from the servers.
