How to delete temporary file when exporting to XML and Excel?

Please tell me, when I export data to excel or xml, some kind of temporary file of 0 bytes is created. How to get rid of it? And when I do an export, a working excel is displayed in my task manager and after the export is completed it does not close, maybe this is somehow connected?

Too little data. What tools do you use? what code did you write? Where are you importing from? There is nothing to help you here.
