How to delete rows with a field of a different type?

I have an excel document, there is a field there - date of birth. The data type of the field is date.
But in some rows this field is not displayed correctly (10 jan 2019, dec 1900..)
How can I remove all rows that do not have this field in date format?

Make a conditional design for the range and check the type, if not a date, then it will be a string. If the line is painted with something then go to clean it with pens
