How to delete request history in a form?

I can not get rid of the dates entered earlier in the calendar of one of the sites. Google Chrome browser (latest version), Window 10. When you click on the calendar, hints pop up, and the calendar itself is actually hidden by them, which causes inconvenience to use.
PS: I deleted the browser history, cleared everything that is possible in the settings - it does not help.
