How to delete outlook email history in windows?

Given:
A computer with Windows 7, 8.1, 10 Pro in a domain.
Files, logs, work history, etc. have been cleaned up on the computer, old mail has been deleted.
BUT, when you press the Start button - if you write a word, a large list of messages and attached files is displayed, which, however, do not open, but when you hover over, you can see to whom, when, by whom it was sent.
These files and messages themselves are not on the computer.
In the properties of the start button, remembering opened files and commands is disabled.
How would you remove these traces? Where to look? Outlook 2010.
Thanks in advance!

Look at the settings of the indexing service (aka Windows Search), there you can force the indexes to be recreated. In win10, in the search, type "indexing options" - these are the very properties.
It is she who shows the result in the search box. As long as there are entries in the search base of the indexing service, you will be able to see them when searching.
PS: It's like cached pages in Google, which really don't exist anymore.

by entering the name of the addressee in the to field, in the list itself next to the intended recipients there is a cross to remove this address from the auto-completed list.
