How to delete old posts along with attachments?

Good afternoon colleagues. The question is as follows: There is a website, there is a database. It is necessary to delete all old articles, for example, before May 3, 2019, along with photo attachments, etc. How to do it? The muscle is not strong at all.
I plan to do:
