How to delete entries in "special registry" ubuntu gnome (gnome 3, dconf)??

in ubuntu (maybe somewhere else, I have not come across before), there is some kind of registry that stores the parameters.
I have a problem. After removing the Gnome extensions, the options for these extensions remained. I installed the dconf-editor utility. A good program, but it does not know how to delete "registry branches". I have tried to find the physical location of these tables or xml schemas but nothing so far. I would be very happy if anyone can help me to get through the educational program in this matter. Thank you.

There is no concept of "delete" in dconf. There is a concept "reset" (reset).
How does dconf work? All schemes are taken (I have them in /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas), which contain default values, and put together.
The changes from your user base are then overlaid on top.
Total: all default settings + explicitly changed (by you or by the program).
How to clean? Just do "dconf reset /path/to/entry/".
The overridden values are removed, leaving only the default values (they are not stored in your database, they are taken from the schema).
The scheme can be removed manually (but I strongly do not recommend it, this should be done by the package manager).
