How to delete an entry from an Access database using Delphi?

Good day! Guys please help. In general, there is a program for calculating salaries and adding / removing new employees (roughly speaking). Can't give a damn about the delete button.
The form on which you need to delete an entry is called: fAnketa.

Yes, by means of ADO. On the form itself, the output of information from the database is made in DBGrid. It is necessary for me that removed from basis that line which I will select in DBGrid.

Through what communication with basis? If through ADO, then we put TADOQuery and through SQL we do whatever we want.
