How to delete a line with a specific phrase in a text file?

Given: the txt file is not loaded in 1C due to the extra lineCodeName of Payment =
There are lines with text, empty, you need to delete this particular line with text so that there is no space.

Contact the person who generates this file, where it comes from
. Text files of this kind are conveniently edited in notepad ++, it has a search and replace, look for a phrase and change it to an empty string
