How to delete a category in opencart?

added test category and test subcategory. uploaded 1 item. Now I want to delete it, but every day the category is restored again and I don't understand where. I deleted it from the opencart admin panel and directly from the database via phpmyadmin. tell me how to remove it with the ends.
