How to defeat phpstorm error?

Phpstorm told me this this morning:

Phpstorm 8.0.3, win10.
reboot / compatibility mode / as administrator does not help
32 and 64 exe - no difference
who faced?

Try to remove all application settings located in the system. You can see where everything lies here https://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/help/directorie...
Next, reinstall phpStorm. If it does not help, then most likely an error in the java itself. Reinstall completely all java and download latest version from oracle website
